Formed In 1999 to oversee the executive management of all its business assets and oversee the operations of all its business ventures, Omo Oye Group of Companies became the parent company to 5 subsidiaries: Omo Oye Nigeria Limited (RC: 181377), Omo Oye Farms Limited (RC: 181396), Omo Oye Export Trading Company Limited (RC: 335394), and Omo Oye Printing and Publishing Company Limited (RC: 334779).
In 2019, Omo Oye Group of Companies embarked on a restructuring and re-organization effort leading to the consolidation of its business units and executive management team. The lead to the creation of the three subsidiaries currently overseeing its business operations:
